[Help] D4-320 not hot swappable

I have tested the hot swapping functionality of the d4-320 and it is not working on my Proxmox 8 server. This is the output of dmesg upon replugging in any drive into the drive bay. I have not upgraded firmware since buying it.

It seems to me that the last comment in viewtopic.php?t=8384 suggests that it does NOT actually support hot swapping - which would be very frustrating since the website for this product specifically says it does and I would expect a full refund if this is the case.

Let me know if any other information is needed.

Update: After upgrading the firmware for the slots like in viewtopic.php?t=7111, it still does not work. I can hear the drive spin up and power on but it never appears in the output of lsblk. The same error appears in dmesg.
