Hi to everyone,
I have a TM SSD 8 Plus with 8 x 4Tb Lexar LNQ-790 in JBOD. Whenever I attempt to back up our external SSD drives (primarily Sandisk Extreme 2Tb), the transfer usually gets stuck in the middle and fails.
When it happens, I lose access to the list of files that have already been transferred, and I have to reboot the NAS to regain full access.

Why does it happen? How can I solve it?
Thank you!
Whether the same issue occurs during internal file transfer on the NAS, or if the problem only happens when transferring from an external SSD to the NAS.
JBOD has no redundancy or checks, so if one of the drives fails, the entire array mount will hang.
Please monitor the device's temperature and system resource usage during the transfer process.

Hi CursaYang,
And thank you for your reply!
The NAS status is okay during those transfers, and the issues occur during transfers from USB-C connected drives, or even over SBM transfers from the Mac to the NAS or vice versa.
