Problem with my Terra Master F4210.

Today I went to access the NAS, and it didn't have an operating system. I have two hard drives mounted in RAID 1. I don't have a backup. Is there any way to recover data from any of the drives?
Does anyone know the steps to follow to recover it? Although I don't think the data is there, because I've reinstalled the system and I can't find the data on the disks.

Under normal circumstances, reinstalling the system will not affect the data on the NAS.
You can go to the official website's live chat to schedule an engineer for remote handling.
