Application User / Privileges

Hi Team, is it possible to add "Application User" to the Privileges list.

When clicked, this new option "APLICATION USER" (under PRIVILEGES)

This should open the new/proposed "Application users" window using the users listed in "edit share folder", BUT with the ability to edit the permissions for all folders. See example below.
