Option to stop animated refresh in Resource Monitor

Hi TM,

This has been mentioned as an aside in other requests and issues, but I thought I would give it its own request.

Please give us an option to turn off the animated graph refresh in Resource Monitor.
(Or turn it off by default)

The constant 2 second refresh makes it very hard to actually read the most recent values in any of the graphs because the animation slowly redraws the graph from the oldest values end, and only displays the latest values for a fraction of a second before clearing the graph and starting the animated redraw again.

The redraw also resets the start-end time range customisation to full range, making it practically impossible to zoom in on any particular data of interest.
