Permission on new files from qbittorrent

I have upgrade my nas on tos 6.0.353 and now every new files or folder i don't have the permission to open it unless i manually change it, this doesn't happen when i was on tos 5.

Can confirm issue with permissions for qBittorrent and Transmission on TOS 6.0.555.
How to reproduce :
- Create shared folder "testfolder" and user "testuser" with permission 'read only' for that folder.
- Give write and read permission for qBittorrent or Transmission for "testfolder" folder.
- Download files using qBittorrent or Transmission to "testfolder"

You will find that user "testuser" with read permission will not be able to browse\download any downloaded files from that folder, because downloaded files have only permission for qBittorrent or Transmission application.

TOS 5.1.145 doesn`t have this issue, permissions correctly applied to downloaded files.

I confirm this problem in TOS 6.0.577 as well.
Each time when I download a file and move it to a new location on TNAS, I need to replace the permissions for the target shared folder.

We have verified the issue on arm TOS 6.0.585 beta. It is planned to be fixed in the official release.
