[Help] video freeze buffering

Good morning everyone. I'm having a problem with various movies when I use Emby on TCL Android TV with some MKV movies stored on a Terramaster NAS. Very often, the stream stops buffering (I think), and if I pause it, it resumes, reaching the play mode again. My connection is wired and the same as my PC, and I repeat, it's not a connection issue, nor is it with every movie. It doesn't even depend on the size of the MKV file. Can you help me figure out what the problem might be and if I can fix it with some settings? I'll paste the titles of a couple of problematic movies:
Guglielmo.Tell.2024.FULL.HD.1080p.Hevc.AC3.ITA.ENG.SUB
La.citta.proibita.2025.FULL.HD.1080p.Hevc.AC3.ITA.Sub
These ones, however, had no problems.
Do you have any ideas?

Hi.
It may be due to differences in video bitrate.
Using players such as PotPlayer, you may be able to observe differences in bitrate between different movies.
Note that your NAS model is F2-212. It may be consuming significant resources for Emby video decoding. Maybe you can try the methods outlined in the linked article to access video files on the NAS via file services, while offloading the decoding task to the TV:
