Below is the list of supported UPS models displayed on our official website: https://www.terra-master.com/cn/compatibility/. Your UPS is confirmed to be compatible based on the list.

Will there be an updated supported UPS list? The one on the the official compatibility list don't list current models for the most UPS makers.

Will you update the TOS software to accept for UPS? You sell a couple hundred thousand NAS per year, alot of people are using UPS to ensure the integrity of their data so making sure Terramaster products work with all the UPS brands would be a great selling point!

Do you have a email where I can ask for UPS support?

You can also consult the UPS manufacturer to roughly assess its compatibility. If it meets the following two conditions, the UPS model is likely to be compatible:
1. It needs to support the usbhid-ups or snmp-ups protocol.
2. Its usbhid-ups or snmp-ups protocols is not specific to closed systems or customized systems.
To contact our team, please send email to following addresses, remember to replace (at) with @:
Technical team: support(at)terra-master.com (for technical support)
Service team: service(at)terra-master.com (for purchasing, return, replacement, RMA service)

The BK650 M2 is on your compatibility list.
I'm pretty sure that most, if not all APC brand devices in domestic use, with a USB port, will meet the usbhid-ups spec. That goes for those UPS not branded by APC but manufactured by them (I have one branded IBM and 2 branded APC - none of which are on your list).
While I agree that vendors such as Terra-master may not be able to test every model of ups ever manufactured by any manufacturer, surely it is not outside the bounds of possibility, that a company such as Terra-master might be able to solicit the generalised information, that you reference, from ups manufacturers. After all I would think the ups manufacturers would be happy to receive one enquiry from companies such as yourselves rather than thousands of enquiries from the poor stiffs buying their products.
