Presume you have updated from TOS4 to Tos5.1.67
In which case you need to do a complete backup of all your data in the first instance. If you are really concerned have 2 backups in different places. With backups in place you can wipe your drives and start again to update the operating system partitions to 8GB (from 2GB) nominal. Probably best to do a new install of 5.1.145, remake your pools/volumes and reinstall a copy of your data.
At 5.1.145 you can (at least) directly re-install the TOS5.1 o/s in the event of any mishap. (When you then upgrade to TOS6, the internal usb flash drive will be re-written for TOS6, which makes re-installation of Tos5.1 more complex.).

following issue:
I updated from 6.0.688beta to 6.0.694 on F4-423. With 688 there was en entry for my SSD-systemdisk in the new menuitem "Harddisk->Systemdisk".
With 694 the menuitem "Harddisk->Systemdisk" is emty and all buttons are greyed.

I urgendly needed the new version because of the "save system configuration" fault with "bad gateway 502" in succession after reboot.

I updated to 6.0.694 on my f2-423 & 3.4.016 is working OK for me on a Pixel 9 xl.
