Hello,
I have a brand new F4-423 with 18TB of free disk space, and I'm trying to set up the CloudSync app to sync Google Drive with my NAS. Unfortunately, I keep encountering the same error, regardless of what I try. I've reached out to TerraMaster support but haven't had any luck yet. The issue persists whether I select one folder or all of them.
The error message I receive when attempting to save the task is:
"operation failed insufficient cloud space"
As a result, the task is never saved or created. My Google Drive has about 6TB of data and no storage limit. Any tips?

Re: [Help] TOS 5 Cloud sync error
I think instead of syncing all folders, start by syncing a smaller subset of data. This can help identify if a specific folder is causing the issue.
