[Help] Cant delete any applications [SOLVED]

Hello,

I have recently switch from synology to Terra master and encountering some unusual issue with my new system.
(F6-424, 32 megs of ram, 3 18TB 2 16TB as Traid)

In a nutshell, i am unable to delete apps from TOS 6.0 (plex, Terrasync, TFM backup, USB copy Duple backup). At first glance it seems that the system allows me to do it..I do get a confirmation that the app got deleted but if i reboot there are right there again. In addition Plex is unable to activate no matter what. other apps are fine.
I have re-installed plex multiple time (directly and via store) but no luck.
I have also reinstalled TOS 6 multiple time but the same apps re appeared as soon as i recreate admin account. The only time it has not is when i install TOS on HD 3-4 (instead of original 1-2), but then the system tells me it will reformat the drive and i would lose all my data. Not ideal of course.

Any suggestions?

Fixed:
Disabling SMB and reenabling it solved the read only issue on my NAS that was stopping me from deleting apps and enabling them in the first place. Very odd but it did the trick.
