Duple Backup not working or VERY slow

Hello
Im new to duple backup / duple vault, I have a T4-424 and i want to back it up to my new T6-424 but the transfer is 650Kbs at best.
What is going wrong please both are in the same home on the same network and both wired on a gigabit network.

I have a new issues where duple backup /vault saying the service application service is not enabled Any ideas please ???

So i have found more info the application keeps closing the service once a back up starts.
If i disable and re-enable it works then does samething straight away ?

Hello! To better identify the issue, we need to confirm the following information with you:

• What backup mode are you currently using?

• Does the backup data contain a large number of small files?

• We suggest testing by backing up a single large file to see if the transfer speed is normal.

If the two devices are physically close, try directly connecting their second Ethernet ports with a LAN cable. When creating the backup task, set the target IP to the IP address of that second port. This setup can improve backup speed and connection stability.

Regarding the service frequently shutting down during backup, please follow these steps:

• In both Duple Backup and Duple Backup Vault, go to Logs > Settings > Export Debug Logs,

• Send the exported logs to support(at)terra-master.com,

• Include a link to your issue in the email so we can trace it more efficiently.

Once we receive the logs, we will analyze them and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello im using MIRRORED and im moving 36TB made up files about 18gb each.
Duple will not work any more it closes the service straight away.I even purchased a 10gb switch setup link aggregation and service still closes

Please note that since you are backing up a large amount of data, when using Terrasync, considering that the destination will store versioned data, it is recommended to reserve at least 40TB of storage space on the target device to avoid backup issues. Which of the applications mentioned above were you using when the transfer speed was only 300KB/s? We suggest trying file transfer via SMB to see if the speed is similarly slow. If all transfer methods are slow, the issue may lie with the network rather than a specific application. Hello I got duple working and it transfers at around 300Kbs regardless if
I do direct connection between both t4-424 and t6-424
wire both back to router individually
or even if I'm using link aggregation at 20GBs between both units via a link aggregation network switch which both units are connected too.
At best it may go up to 1.3MBs but only for a minute or two , for me there is something in the system that is wrong not the network itself as all methods above do the same thing , I have even checked port configs that confirm what speed should be but do not perform to the speeds.
how best do I proceed ? reading online it says installing Iperf is this recommended ?
if I use SMB will this work for direct backup of the T4 to the T6.
