[Help] Firewall - Basic settings [SOLVED]
Hello. Is there a guide of sorts (video or written) for setting up some basic firewall settings within the NAS? I have no desire to access the NAS from outside my home network, so I'm basically looking to block incoming traffic yet would still like the NAS to have access to the internet for updates and downloading apps, etc. And of course allow devices on my LAN to have access to the NAS. I'm new to this so the more simplistic the instructions, the better.

Thank you EthanLiu. According to those instructions, I should have the ability to reorder the rules, but I don't see that option. I only see Create, Edit, Delete and Disable. I do not see the More option. I have sent an email to support for help, but wanted to document it here as well.

The TOS help document is about TOS6, which has a more comprehensive firewall.
If you really need more options, you can upgrade your system to TOS6 if you are eligible. For details and specific steps, see:
