[Help] New volume not seen in file manage

Post by 1oldmike »

Sorry I am NOOB to terramaster, patience plaese.
Just got f4-423.
Upgraded to TOS 6.0.5.
Have 2 2tb SSD installed.
Both SSD's set as JOBD. No raid setup.
Control panel - storage spool shows both.
Control panel - volume also shows both.
File manager ---- only shows volume 1.
Check user/admin and file manager permissions are set to read/write.
How do I get file manager to see the other volume.
Thanks

Hi. I assume you are referring to TOS 6.0.530, and you might be talking about Single instead of JBOD, as a JBOD typically requires 2 or more disks.
It's likely that one of your volumes does not yet have a corresponding shared folder. Please go to the Control Panel - Shared Folders, and create a new shared folder based on that volume. Then, you should be able to see it in File Management. :)
