[Help] Plex stopped accessing my media after TOS update to 6.0.673 [SOLVED]

I upgraded my F4-423 today to TOS 6.0.673. Not sure if it is related, but now my Plex can't access my movies and TV shows.

If I try to scan my library files in Plex, it doesn't scan, it trys for about 2 seconds and stops.

I deleted my Movies libary link in Plex, now I can't add it back. Plex won't allow me to navigate to the Movies folder. I need to go to/Volume1/Main/MediaServer/Movies but I can only get as far as /Volume1/Main

Could my permissions or sharring changed? I checked them, and they seem okay.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out. Turns out the shared permission for my Plex folder under Application user became un-checked. All I had to do to fix it was recheck the read/write box for an Application user and it started working again.
