[Help] F4-210 hard reset (forgot everything)

Hi, first off I'm sorry, not the youngest here and used hours to find a solution.
I used it briefly years ago but got ransomware, managed to initialize and backed up some files to the drives then
put it in a drawer. Today I want to sell it but i have forgotten username, password etc and terramaster says I have no account when i try login to their website. i don't remember registering, because it didn't seem necessary for what i needed it for at the time.
i have a verification code email from 2022 that's all but didn't help. I see a hole above the USB port but it does not
seem to hide a hard reset button like the old days - it there one inside?
So i can't access the drive even its visible web browser and TNAS PC windows program since it won't let me login or do forgot password. I am completely blank.

Is it just into the trashbin with the hardware now or any way of resetting / initializing this thing so someone else can enjoy it.. Its physically like new, barely used. thanks

Without drives in it, it should be in initialization mode, which matches the out of box experience.

There's no need to hard reset it.

Thanks, didnt work, but I took it apart and here is solution for others that cant get into it:

I took out battery for 10 minutes and shorted the the battery socket for 10 seconds, put in a drive and it initialized and reinstalled TOS and i got the create new credentials and it seems to work now
