[Help] Cannot download file from remote link

I have shared a document. I've copied the remote link and paste it into the browser. The remote link works but when I clicked on the "Batch Download" button, nothing happen. It supposed to download the file but nothing has happened.

Can someone help me to solve the following problem? Thanks in advanced.

I think I have found out the reason why it couldn't download. It was the "&" in the file name that prevented it from downloading. After replacing the "&" with "and" it can be downloaded. But can someone explain why the "&" cannot be used in the file name ? I hope this discovery can help others not to use the "&" in the file name.

But I still hope someone can explain why the "&" is affecting the download. Thanks in advanced.

We have already assigned a dedicated person to verify this issue. If it is indeed as you described, it would certainly be unreasonable. Even if the file supporting & naming cannot be downloaded, you should be promptly informed on the interface, rather than having to spend time figuring out the reason yourself.
