Can someone help me to solve the following problem? Thanks in advanced.

We have already assigned a dedicated person to verify this issue. If it is indeed as you described, it would certainly be unreasonable. Even if the file supporting & naming cannot be downloaded, you should be promptly informed on the interface, rather than having to spend time figuring out the reason yourself.Alaster wrote: ↑23 Feb 2025, 17:10 I think I have found out the reason why it couldn't download. It was the "&" in the file name that prevented it from downloading. After replacing the "&" with "and" it can be downloaded. But can someone explain why the "&" cannot be used in the file name ? I hope this discovery can help others not to use the "&" in the file name.
But I still hope someone can explain why the "&" is affecting the download. Thanks in advanced.
