How to Set Access Permissions for External USB Devices in TOS System?

Issue Description:
When a USB storage device (formatted as FAT32/NTFS/exFAT) is connected to the TNAS, user permissions cannot be configured in the control panel. All accounts have read and write permissions by default.

Cause of the Issue:
Due to the design limitations of the FAT32/NTFS/exFAT file systems, they do not support Linux permission management mechanisms. Therefore, access permissions for USB storage devices cannot be configured through the TOS system.

Solution:
1. Back up important files on the USB device in advance.
2. Connect the external USB device to a computer and format it to EXT4, BTRFS, or HFS Plus file system formats.
3. After formatting, connect the USB device to the TNAS.
4. Go to Control Panel > Storage Management > USB Devices, click More > Permissions, and configure user permissions.
