File system defragment

Post by luismartin »

I have a volume BTRFS Raid 5 and TOS 6.0.577 installed.
Can you tell me if it is necessary to do a File system defragment and if it really works because it takes very little time to finish.
I have read in previous versions that when TOS started it automatically executed a File system defragment.
How does File system defragment work in TOS6?
Is it done automatically at each boot?
