Thanks for confirming this behavior. This is similar to what i remember in TOS5.

Yes, this worked fine on TOS5. First you had to send a test email then the apply button would enable for you to be able to click Apply if TOS could perform a send operation without error internally.

I just re-tested again (in Brave and Edge). The behavior is slightly different now. When I click "Send test email" I'm no longer being logged out but instead the "Authentication method" drop down box resets from "TLS/SSL" to "---" and nothing happens. What used to happen in TOS5 was that either you would get a Green status text "Success" or a Red error text "Failed" if i recall correctly. If it was Green you could then proceed to press "Apply".
