When launching Surveillance, you usually want to immediately watch the broadcast from the cameras, but you have to launch it manually each time after opening, or some other action, is it possible to choose what will be launched when opening Surveillance. Your competitors have such a choice.
It's a pity, of course, that there is no native application for Surveillance on macOS.
And the picture from the cameras after launch may not appear for a very long time, for several minutes. And it often disappears.

Re: Surveillance
Camera brands that support ONVIF and RTSP protocols, as well as H.265 compression, are compatible with the latest 5.1 system. Please update your system to version 5.1.145 or higher, or even to the 6.0 version for the best performance. What is your current system version?

Re: Surveillance
You're right, having the ability to auto-launch camera feeds would make a big difference! It’s disappointing that there's no native macOS app for Surveillance, too. The long loading times and disappearing feeds definitely need to be improved for a better user experience. Fingers crossed for updates that enhance functionality!
