Possibly because your network settings are wrong ??

Hello! Could you please provide a more detailed description of the issue you are facing? A screenshot would be very helpful. Based on your description, it seems you are having trouble accessing your NAS system through a web browser. We recommend using TNAS.PC to search for your NAS device again. If TNAS.PC can detect your NAS device, we suggest logging into your NAS device through TNAS.PC.
