Only one drive recognized D4-320

I installed both drives that are identical in my D4-320. Only one drive is recognized (shows up with lsblk in Ubuntu 20.x). Both drives have green lights. I have tried swapping the drives around. The drive that is not recognized is not recognized even in a drive bay that recognizes the other one. I'm using the USB cable and power cord that came with the D4-320

May I know what is the drive brand and model? please make sure these two drives' SN are not duplicated.
