Recently i've bought a terramaster f2-424, for sharing purpose with a group of friends i tried to create a Shared folder with all my photos, next i tried to share a folder in it (with the friends photos), but what happens is that the folder are accessible but the thumbnails are note created and also if i click on the single photo it not show me anything, just like the picture below.
What can be the cause of this problem?
I tried also to re-initialize the media index multiple times and the TOS 5 say me that the media index is ok and all complete
