Good morning I have been using an F4-424 with firmware 6.0.535 since yesterday and I set the disks to suspend after 10 minutes which did not work all night what should I check?

1. Check if there is a scheduled task set up.
2. Check if there are processes reading and writing to the disk.
3. Check if the tnas.online remote access service is enabled.
4. check if the hard disk itself supports hibernation and is on the compatibility list we provide.

5. You can log into the terminal and use the following command to check if the hard disk is hibernating:

(if it shows standby, it is hibernating).
