F2-210 installing TOS

Hi all
Hoping someone on this forum can help - the chat line wasn't useful.
I am coming back to this NAS after several months - it functions fine, e..g, when doing backups through time machine, TAS-PC can also detect it but when I try to log in it gives an error message. I once has a TOS but that seems to have gone from my computer so I need a new one.
Is there some kind person willing to give very explicit instructions as to how to do this? I am using MacOS.

I think I messaged too soon! After 2 days of trying everything, some random click sent me stright to the right version of the TOS. Phew!

Glad you sorted it out, John. TOS installations can sometimes be tricky, especially on macOS
