F4-423 upg fro tos5 to tos6 bck don't work

hi
before the upg, on tos5, i have performed a bck (from system pannel to my local disk)
then i upg to tos6, and i ould like to get back my previous settings. So i load the .bin file from my local disk...
but i lost access ... so reboot ... no access => the NAS have lost IP ...

do you have any ideas to help me ? cause i've all my pictures bck on disk .... please

the NAS don't get any IP from internet box, even after reload ....

If you upgrade from 5.(???) you should have read the warnings (on this site at least - I can't remember what the upgrade software says exactly) that configurations would be lost - so your configuration backup was wasted. Not clear from your post if you attempted to restore your settings, but that could have confused matters. Try using TNAS-PC or Mobile to find the NAS.

The system configurations of TOS 5 and TOS 6 are not compatible, so you cannot import the configuration of TOS 5 into TOS 6. If you are still unable to get your TNAS to work properly, you may need to reinstall the system. Please remove all disks, restart the device, search for the device again, and follow the instructions to install the new system.
