The installation of the new TOS 6 requires a new bootloader. Some products currently in stock are equipped with the bootloader for TOS 5, which is why they cannot be directly upgraded to TOS 6. You need to install TOS 5.1 first, and then update to TOS 6 from TOS 5.1. The update package for TOS 6 has already been released, and you can update at any time.Tricky wrote: ↑28 Nov 2024, 04:08 The sad fact about their marketing approach is to bring out new models and then make the latest software only compatible with the new devices, sure it may work with some but all it does for me is to make me start looking for other brands that don't hold their customers to ransom.

Re: TOS 6.0.530 Official Version Released
I am already on the TOS 6.0.229 on my F5-221 and all I have seen is that TM will release a version to allow this version to be updated to the current TOS 6 versions as there existed a problem with trying to update, however I have seen nothing regarding this patch version so can you point me in the right direction please.TMroy wrote: ↑28 Nov 2024, 18:36The installation of the new TOS 6 requires a new bootloader. Re: TOS 6.0.530 Official Version Released
So these famous last words still stand: "There will be available upgrade packages to allow TOS 6.0.229 to be upgraded to the official TOS 6 version."
And " should be in the next two weeks" then!?

Do you use docker containers?
Have you used smb shares? They were fine?
