TOS 5.1 - Configuration messed up when starting with all disks in

I have an F2-423 and was having loads of problems, I spent 16 hours trying to sort it out, and was advised on terra master web chat that I needed to reinstall TOS with only the primary disk (that had TOS installed on) pulled out. I did that and ever since if I restart with the second disk in I can't reach the home directories of any of my users, and it completely messes up my configuration for plex. Can I please have some actual proper advice, because the support I've been given so far from terra master help channels just seems to make things worse continuously.

This all started because I enable 2 trivial tick boxes on SMB file sharing which bricked the NAS.

I suspect that you have operating systems on different disks, and that a random selection of the system at startup may prevent access to the user directory. When the correct system is running, you can export data from the user directory to another shared folder. After that, you can reinstall the operating system (selecting all the disks). Keep in mind that you will need to reinstall all your applications.
