D6-320 usb question

Does anyone know how the usb interface is setup on a d6-320? I have 6 drives in my d6-320 and while all 6 drive are seen by windows computers, only 2 of the 6 are seen by some Linux computers. I read where the 6 drives are connected by a pair of usb controllers, on with 4 channels and one with 2 channels. The 2 channels that connect are located at the bottom 2 bays on the right side of the case. Anyway do I need to load a specific driver to see all 6 drives? Are there any documents or how to guides for attaching a d6-320 to a Linux based (mostly Debian) computers? Thanks /Steve
