Terramaster D4-320 not detecting
Terramaster D4-320 not detecting
So i have purchased recently a Terramaster D4-320. While using the terramaster cable provided with the box the device is not being detected. Tried other usb-c cables also but same issue. The cables are working fine with other devices. Out of a bunch of cables only one usb-c to usb-a cable is working but it is showing usb2 speeds. Would be really grateful for any help regarding this.

D4-320 only come with USB c-c cable, please make sure you have USB c port working well on your computer and do not use any uncertified usb cable or adapter.

Thanks for the quick reply. The provided usb c-c cable is not working thats why i have posted here. The pc has USB 3 gen 1 usb c port which is working as other devices are being connected via it. But when plugged the D4-320 with the provided cable its not working. The said cable is also working on other devices. Dont know what am i missing here?
