Hi hodaka,
Seems that upgrade MacOS to Sequoia 15.1 resolved my issue, have you tried it as well ?

Has not resolved my issue. I will try to re-do setup when I have time, just in case there is an issue with my config.
FWIW, I have set up several Synology units, including one as a network TM backup for 6 Mac on various OS's, and have a strong IT background, including Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, etc. (20 yrs working in IT). I feel I may be missing something, and will go back to the setup documentation. Maybe it has been updated with some tidbit? I know I tend to jump to a slightly more advanced config, with multiple users at different permission levels, as well as quotas and such - maybe I need to pretend I know nothing and just follow the steps?
Currently direct cable connected to my M1 iMac. Oh yah - Time Capsule is still ticking along...

Same issue with me on MacOS sequoia, was initially able to start backups and they would then fail, and now Time Machine says the disk is not mounted when it is mounted so won't backup at all.

I have the same problem with the TOS 6 on a D12 500 Pro with 288 TB and Séquoia latest version.

Time Machine copies and stops at 15.95 TB showing that there is not enough space to continue while indicating the actual available space (see screenshot).

I tried all the possible configurations: with defined and indefinite quota, without quota, other folder... the result is systematically the same.

Are you referring to the T12-500 Pro?
