Support for macOS Finder Tags with SMB on TOS

Hello everyone,

I'm using macOS and frequently rely on Finder tags to organize my files. With Synology DSM, these tags remain intact when I store files via SMB, and I can view them from another Mac.

I'm considering purchasing a TerraMaster F8 Plus and would like to know: Does TOS support the synchronization of macOS Finder tags when using SMB?
If I upload files with Finder tags to the TerraMaster NAS, will the tags remain intact and be visible when I access the files from another macOS device through SMB?

Thank you so much for your detailed and informative response! I really appreciate it. However, I’ve decided to stick with Synology since I know it works perfectly for my needs, especially regarding Finder tags.
