Plex keeps not recognising my media

Not sure why since I got my Terramaster F6 424 MAX, and I did everything right, Plex keep showing me from time to time that the media is not available and that this is due to the server as per everyone. Kindly help

It is recommended to first verify whether the shared folders have been granted sufficient access permissions for the Plex application. Once you have confirmed the permissions are correctly set, go to the media library settings and try re-adding or reconfiguring the previously checked shared folders. Then, scan these folders so Plex can detect and read the media files within them.
