Terra Photos v2.0.027 - Enable AI facial recognition is not working

In the Terra Photos app, I have a lot of photos and videos that show properly. I go to the settings and enable the AI facial recog. A small popu displays: "Media indexing starting.... may take a lot of resources...".

After a few minutes, the job completes with: "Media indexing is complete. Total new index: 0 (pictures: 0, videos: 0)."

I've tried a few times with the same results. No pictures are actually analyzed. There should be a ton of returned results for faces.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Found a semi-work around. I deleted the existing indexing and did a re-index. That seemed to fix the issue temporarily at least.

In order to ensure that Terra Photos 2.0 runs properly, there are two things to keep in mind:

1. You will need to upgrade your TOS system to TOS 5.1.123 (X86) or later.

2. Before starting to use Terra Photos 2.0, please make sure to perform a “rebuild index” operation in the “Media Index” module of your TOS system, which will ensure that you can use all the functions of the application without any problems.
