Metadata suddenly stopped working

I posted this on the Plex forum this issue is now on happening on Jellyfin
Is adding the media but not grabbing any metadata is as if the NAS is not connected or downloading anything from the internet.

TOS 6.0.507
Jellyfin OS 10.9.10

For context WAN shows disconnected? But I can still use the box and everything else
