Hello, If I am reading this correctly, it is possible my NAS F5-221 purchased in early 2021 is not capable of updating to TOS 6.x. I see this model is now listed as a possible No TOS 6.x upgrade available model if manufactured prior to June 2020 but there is no information on how to confirm my F5-221 manufacturing date. Does anyone have a link to confirm via s/n or some other way of confirming manufacturer date?
Also, if my F5-221 is not capable of the TOS 6.x updates, where does that leave me and other owners whose NAS is only three years old? Is this in effect end of life for software updates for these devices? This would be very disappointing given that the last two years have been spent waiting for TerraMaster to fulfill features promised when I purchased in 2021 and upgraded to TOS 5.x.

Thanks @Gremlin, i did see that but my serial number does not follow that mentioned format. Also, if Terramaster is suggesting upgrade path is based on serial number, how about providing a simply and easy way to confirm?
