I recently got a F4-424 nas, and worked flawlessly on the first bootup sequence when its new. But after that, my storagepool is gone and i cant make another one, is their anyway to actually make it completly new and remove everything?

Hello, i am trying to connec to your technical support, but it doesnt help that i cant even fact get into the bootloader atm, everything is just loading
