It would be great to see support for SSH public / private keys, both for accessing resources on the NAS, and for the NAS accessing other remote services.
For example, the RSync backup only supports username / passwords. This should also support private keys (importing or generating), and display the public key for importing on the backup target. The same could be applied to SFTP "Remote Folders" if such a thing is ever added.
On the other side, accessing files on the NAS over SFTP. This would require management of the users `.ssh/authorized_keys`, with the user interface allowing importing of public keys allowed to access this users resources.
For bonus points, consider integration with active directory / LDAP (keys can be stored there).

Oh really? When was this added? I am on 6.0.420, and don't seem to be able to see anything like this.
