Hi guys,
So I have the D8 hybrid, 4 HDDs and 1 SSD installed. I can see all of them in CrystalDiskInfo. Here is the problem:
1 - One of the HDDs (let's call it "disk 4") is not showed in Disk Management, so I can't initialize it.
2 - 2 of them (Disk 2 and 3) keeps "reseting-themself", it means, they were initialized, formatted, can be seen in Windows Explorer; but next time when I turn PC on, they might be not there anymore. So I have to initialize, format, ...them again.
Does it happen to you?

One more thing:
The disk 1 still works perfect at the beginning. All drives are the same.

Make sure:
1. you are using the original USB cable come with the device;
2. you are using the original power adapter come with the device;
3. your USB ports on computer are working well and driver updated;
4. you are not using a docking or USB hub to connect the device;

1. if you reboot the D8 Hybrid device, and restart disk management. does the disk5 disk show up properly in disk management?
2. If you replace the disk5 disk to another slot, is it recognized and used normally?
3. If you replace the disk5 disk with another disk in the same slot, is the other disk recognized and used normally?
