This, of itself, is not difficult. However, if you see the need to change the USB more than once (for testing different os versions for example) you will find something like this useful:

It needs to be UP-Angled (Down-angled will conflict with casing)
It needs to be Flat/Slim version with ribbon cable (Modular plugs with a cable do not fit)
20cm ribbon is adequate, 50cm is long, 100cm is excessive
I mounted the USB socket using velcro on the inside of the side casing next to the fan.
CAUTION:
1. The usb ribbon cable is self-assembly. Do not lose the clips!
2. When removing motherboard and/or the rear panel it is possible for the power button cap to part company with the switch. It can fly anywhere and is hard to find, especially on a dark carpet
