The Raid Synchronization has completed.

The Volume and Storage Pool look the same, though I still cannot edit the Storage Pool (See images below).

The Hard Drives both are still showing a temperature reading

Here are the SMART tests for each drive:

Were you able to find any information in the system logs regarding why the NAS storage pools are degrading? Or why the email notifications for the degrading pool isn't sent out until I manually log in?

We checked the two system report ZIPs you provided. unfortunately neither of them logged the relevant exception message. Please note that the exception error messages disappear after reboot.
We can see from them that you swapped the two disks and repaired them simultaneously. However, no anomalies were found.
We appreciate your efforts to cooperate in troubleshooting the problem, even though the current information is not sufficient to determine the problem.
Please collect another system report as soon as the problem occurs again.

Unfortunately, I have already spent far too much time and effort trying to make this product work as intended. I'll be returning this and seeking a different vendor for NAS options.

I have exactly the same problem.
I have an f4-424 in a TRAID configuration with 2 8TB Ironwolf drives (ST8000VN004-3CP101) and 2 3TB WD Red drives.
I've received 3 email notification that the RAID was degraded because of the 2 8TB drives failure:
"The storage pool 1 RAID is currently degraded due to the failure or detachment of hard drive HDD2,HDD1..."
"The storage pool RAID is currently degraded due to the failure or detachment of hard drive HDD1..."
"The storage pool 1 RAID is currently degraded due to the failure or detachment of hard drive HDD2,HDD1..."
The drives show a good status but 0 in temperature.
The last time it happened, I was home and next to the NAS and the NAS slept all night (I didn't use it for all the night) and I noticed that when I tried to access files, it started beeping than the disks wake up.
Could it be that the system (TOS 5.1.145) doesn't recognize that the drives are in sleep mode and it doesn't wait for them to wake up, so it considers them as removed?

I initiated a clean shutdown of my NAS through the web interface. Upon restarting, the storage pool was in normal status without requiring a RAID rebuild. However, I immediately received an email indicating an abnormal shutdown: 'TNAS was shut down abnormally! Abnormal shutdown can result in data loss, file system errors, or array corruption. Please check your data and array for anomalies and back up your data in a timely manner.'

I have had a very similar issue. I have a F4-424 pro that i recently purchased. I filled it with four 20 TB drives using TRAID. Every few days the drive in bay 3 becomes desynchronized and takes a couple days to rebuild. Same thing where it says the drive is fine but no temp reading. The first time this happened the drive appeared to be dead. Thankfully it was within its return windows so I sent off for a new one. I put a different drive in bay 3 to replace it. The first one was an Exos drive, the next one was an Ironwolf pro. Both these drives are only a few months old, however a couple days after it finished rebuilding, that drive also became desynchronized. The drive showed as fine and was able to rebuild. At this point i was convinced that there was an issue with my NAS. I returned it for an exchange hoping that this would fix the issue. Two days later the exact same issue, drive bay 3 became desynchronized again with the new NAS. The drive had no issues, showed normal but zero temp again. Pop the drive back out then back in and its working fine after rebuilding. I have switched the drives in bay 3 to bay 4 to see if it really is just bay 3 that is cursed. I have no idea what is causing this issue. After sending support a message about a week ago I have gotten no replay. Im currently rebuilding with the new bay organization, (Drive from 3 is now in slot 4) I have about a week before my return window closes. Hoping i can figure it out before then. Best I can figure there is some kind of issue with the 3rd bay on these units.

If you have already replaced the NAS with a new one but the problem persists, I can basically confirm that it is a hard drive issue.
