Hi, i've the D5-300 and when I try to use it with a WD 20TB Pro (WD201KFGX), which is listed as a compatible disk, the DAS keeps beeping in orange. I tried with 3 different brand new disks, but it is always the same outcome. With all my other HDDs the DAS works just fine.

Maybe you can change a usb cable or usb port to try again.

Only D5-300 units with newer firmware can support up to 20TB HDDs. Please contact the official website customer service or technical support email and inform them of your D5-300's firmware version. If your firmware meets the requirements, they will provide you with new firmware to support 20TB HDDs.
