A new F2-423 with TOS 5.1.145/BIOS 5.19 is shutting down at random.Getting email notifications with this message

TNAS was shut down abnormally! Abnormal shutdown can result in data loss, file system errors, or array corruption. Please check your data and array for anomalies and back up your data in a timely manner.

Please check if the power plug is properly inserted, if the power adapter's connecting cable is securely plugged in, if the power adapter is working normally, and if you are using the power adapter provided by the original manufacturer.
