Afternoon, everyone. I have a quick question, and likely a stupid one.
I have my PLEX media server set up with multiple family members that have access. If I enable security and isolation mode, that will definitely block them from having access to Plex, right?
What other options do I have to secure my TNAS from outside attacks?
Only real thing I do with my TNAS that requires internet is file sharing outside of LAN and Plex, I'm looking to secure it as much as possible while not losing functionality.
Thanks

Yes, you cannot use Plex after enabling secure isolation mode.

Re: Security and Isolation Mode - PLEX Question
You're right to be cautious. Enabling security and isolation mode on your Plex media server will indeed block external access, including that of your family members. This is because it's designed to isolate the server from the internet, protecting it from potential threats.
