Hard drive not recognized when replacing device

Post by hector9 »

Hello,

I just replaced the F2-210 with a new one after the old one broke. This device is running RAID 1 with two 2TB HDDs. The problem I'm having is that the device recognizes the hard drive but fails to load the TOS.

Is there a way to access the hard drives according to the TOS? Or, can I reinstall TOS when replacing two new hard drives? Thank.

Under normal circumstances, if your disk and the system inside it are functioning properly, you can successfully boot up after inserting a new device.
If the system is not successfully started, it is likely that the system has been damaged.
You can try reinstalling TOS. On F2-210, reinstalling the TOS system will not affect your TOS data partition.
You still need to be aware that if a "Create/Format/Delete" prompt appears after completing installation, rebooting, and configuring the administrator, please stop the operation. If this situation occurs, there may be an abnormality in your disk.
