my laptop died had new hard drive installed working to reload everything
glitch with getting tnas online- go thru remote access steps and get error

using chrome and can't move past this issue

my network sees the raid
clicking tans icon brings to tnas webpage
can see my folders and files are there can't access thru pc

Possible reasons:
Certificate issue: The certificate of the TNAS device may have expired, which can cause the browser to refuse to establish a secure connection. Please go to Control Panel - Security - Certificate Check.

Browser settings: Chrome browser may have security policies for self signed or untrusted certificates, which may cause connections to be blocked.

Network configuration: Although your computer can see RAID (Independent Disk Redundant Array) and TNAS devices, there may be network configuration issues such as port forwarding, firewall settings, etc. that prevent secure connections.
