Hello Everyone,
i had a setup of 3 disk of 4GB each, setted up in TRAID mode. One week ago i added a 4th disk and started the raid extension.
The job started and i closed the webpage. the day after NAS Webpage is no longer reachable.
I cant even connect via SSH, i to follow the reinstallation guide:
- remove disk
- boot nas
- when asked, reconnected disks (i tried with 3 and 4 disks)
- the system infromed me that it was to format the disks,
- STOP
What can i do?

4GB disk? what is that?
What capacity of your 4th disk? if this disk meet the requirement to expand your current TRAID? if this disk healthy?
Since your 4th disk has no system partition created, it needs to be formatted so that the system can be installed on it. Your disk 3 is a member of your TRAID, why do you need to remove disk 1 and 2, just use disk 3 and 4 to reinstall system?

Sorry, it was a typo.
All the disks are sized 4TB.
The new disk (the 4th) was 4TB as well.
I assume that the 4th disk was formatted when i added it to the existing Storage Pool.
About this sentence: "when asked, reconnected disks (i tried with 3 and 4 disks)". i meant that i tried to reconnect the disks 1,2,3,4. Then i repeated the procedure adding only the disk 1,2,3 (that were the disks that were present BEFORE the extension)
I may add that i was running TOS 5.

You need to format the fourth hard drive separately first, instead of directly inserting the four hard drives before installing the system.

Please check if the disks in the TRAID are from TOS4 and retain the TOS4 storage structure.
If the disks in the RAID come from TOS4, RAID expansion will not be enabled.

i never had TOS4 installed, i started directly with TOS5.
also, i am not able to access webpage so i am not able to check system partition.
