F4-210 won’t download TOS (for reinstalling)

I’m selling my F4-210, so I need to reset it. I got into settings, and I make a factory reset. After booting, I go to tnas.local and I wanted to reinstall TOS 4 BUT, after drive check, the download failed with a message saying that I’m not connected to Internet, I changed the HDD, change my cables but still the issue.

I have the TOS4 install package but I don’t have any manual installation options.

What I need to do ?

I really need help on that, I sell it for tomorrow

I complete with images :
First image is the welcome page
Second the disk check (I know that Barracuda is not recommended but everything worked for 1 year with it)
TOS Download fails with error : please check that you're connected to internet, refresh the page and retry

The failure of downloading the system is most likely due to network issues. Since the operating system is installed on the disk, if you need to sell your device, you only need to remove the disk, and there is no need to reset the factory settings unless you plan to sell the disk together.

If I can't reinstall to confirm the NAS if fully functional, How I can know that everything will work when sold ?

I have the TOS4 manual installation package, It is possible to install it with ? If yes, how ?

Still the same issue, the initialization process never asks me the manual method.
How I can just use my installation package of TOS4 ? I have it, where the option to ignore the online download and use my package ?

You can get the installation package here:

When you select the Manual button at the beginning of the initialization page, you can then choose to upload the installation package to install TOS.

I HAVE the package, but not the manual option. Check my second message with the screenshots. That are the 3 only pages I have. The NAS only want a online download

Yes, you can see two "empty" buttons on the second page of initialization (which may appear empty due to missing translations).
Please select the "Empty" button below.
