Hardware decoding F4-424 Pro TOS6

How can I enable hardware video encoding in third-party applications? Such as jellifin, for example.
Now in TOS6 used kernel v.5.15.59 and dmesg | grep i915 doesn't show anything.

Is there a solution for this? I get the same error with a F4-423 running Emby from the TM AppStore and also in a Docker container. So far I can't find a solution.

Any ideas?
